Ordering Policies

• All basic cake orders must be place 7 days in advance.
• Cake orders with basic decoration may be placed over the phone and a 50% deposit if required at the time of ordering.
• Specialty 2-D and 3-D cake orders may be placed over the phone or in person with a 50% deposit required at the time of ordering. Note: Changes to any specialty cake order may not be made within 1 week of the event.
• All custom cakes should be ordered at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
• For all in-store orders, please arrive 30 minutes prior to closing.
• Due to the Covid-19 health crisis, SugarBakers will not be giving monetary refunds for any current or future orders that are cancelled. Retail custom cake order cancellations will be honored with a store credit for a one-time purchase in the amount of the original order.Retail cake cancellations or changes made 7 days or less before the order date will not be accepted.
